Newly built in 2005, Sandstone Cottage lies five kilometres west of Dingle town in the heart of the rolling countryside. An ideal base to enjoy all the attractions of the town as well as to explore the best that West Kerry has to offer. The cottage has been finished to the highest standard and provides the perfect base for your self catering holiday - a home away from home. Sleeps 10 people comfortably.

Wake up to the sound of the Glens River. Relax on some of the dozen beaches on the Peninsula - Ventry's blue flag beach, Caum an Lochaigh, Beenbawn, Minard Castle and Strand. Take a swim with Fungi the Dingle Dolphin; enjoy boogy boards, wet suits, surf boarding and wind surfing on an exciting day's water sports outing; go sailing, golfing, hire a bike, visit the Oceanworld Aquarium; visit the Blasket Island Interpretative Centre and the many local historic and archaeological sites; bring the kids to the travelling funfair during the summer; go bowling; go horse riding ; go shopping; check out Dingle's lively pub scene with its many nightly live traditional music sessions; enjoy its many award winning restaurants.

Hill Walking? Take in one of the many walks in an area that is a walker's paradise - 'The Dingle Way', 'The Pilgrims Route', Mount Brandon - self-guided and guided tours.

Bird Watching? Many serious birders travel to Dingle to watch thousands of seabirds, waders and duck, to find rare waders and wildfowl blown across the Atlantic in autumn or to find rare gulls in winter.
